Technology has the ability to change our community and our lives for the better. Tata Consultancy Services is challenging students to identify a problem in their community and come up with a way that technology can help to solve, or lessen the impact, of this problem.
In the same group of 3 that students undertook the quiz, the team are encouraged to brainstorm and research community problems, connect with community organizations (where appropriately supervised) and document a solution. The solution can be presented in the form of an idea or a “project pitch” and submitted via email. Word documents, PDF files, Video, Audio and other formats will be accepted. Students are only limited by their imagination.
The project pitch will be presented (online) to the GoIT Challenge judging panel. In this pitch, students are encouraged to present an argument, and evidence, for a technology project to empower their community.
Your team’s final Project Pitch needs to be emailed to the GoIT Challenge panel by close of business Friday 22 September 2017.
Please email submissions to email@example.com with subject line “GoIT Challenge Project [School]”. You will receive a confirmation of successful submission.
